Why another mobility website ?

Don’t know about you, but I’m overwhelmed by the rapid change in the transportation sector. And the incessant “breaking news” on every aspect of the changing industry.  This is an attempt to create a space where I can track the changes, connect the dots, uncover the underlying story, and exchange ideas with the technical community.

A little bit about me –

There is an actual person behind this website.

I love traveling. It makes for memorable experiences. Such as riding trains to exotic locations as a child in India. The first flight which took me from Mumbai to Philadelphia via London. The nine day cross-country from Philadelphia to Los Angeles in a Ford Contour without air conditioning and GPS. Tram rides in San Francisco and ferry rides in Gothenburg. Exploring Brussels on an electric scooter. Flying lessons on a 4 seater Cessna as a birthday present. And now my latest craze for 20 mile bike rides. If it moves, I’d like to get on it.

This is a different kind of journey. I’m exploring the various pathways towards sustainable transportation, and would like to share what I learn with my network.

So here’s what you will find here : This website will summarize some of the latest technologies and regulatory tools being developed to address pollution and global warming from the transportation sector.

Hope you find this useful. If you have something to contribute, or would simply like to provide feedback, please get in touch below !
